Insurance Pre-Licensing School You will be taking the State of Oregon Insurance Examination once the course is completed and you have received a Certificate of Completion. Southern Oregon University This is a four credit course entitled Property & Casualty Risk Management. You must be a student at Southern Oregon University, there is one week of instruction plus the time to finish case analyses, take home tests and an impact paper. Submit a completed enrollment application and send a check for $615. Tuition $245 +Textbook $150 + SOU Tuition $220 = $615 Total Cost 3. Professional development for the business community to understand Commercial Property and Commercial Liability insurance, this is a one day seminar. Submit a completed enrollment application and send a check for $150. 4. Professional development for the community to understand Home, Auto and allied insurance coverage, this is a one day seminar.
